SkillsTrainer is an online platform to help students acquire market ready skills like:

• data entry operator
• security guard
• app based delivery agent etc

We are one of the largest partners of GoI's e-Skill India portal. We are building an infrastructure to train and help youth find jobs in organised sectors.

The pandemic fuelled our growth, and we added over a million new users in the last 2 years.

We are looking for a lead full stack developer to accelerate our growth by building a B2C ready product (app+website+apis+data).

💼 Requirements

• Problem solver mindset
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS companies/ Startups
• Experience with React and Python (AWS is a plus)
• Experience with optimising costs and performance for high-workload sites
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills
• Ability to take charge and evolve into Tech Lead/CTO

💪 Responsibilities

• Develop backend APIs and Tasks using Flask and Python
• Develop and manage admin and user facing frontends in React and JavaScript
• Help determine growth metrics and sync with marketing to optimise campaigns
• Take ownership of your work
• Collaborate closely with the team (currently remote) and help plan sprints
• Collaborate with the design team to iterate on designs before implementations
• Mentor junior developers
