Core Requirements 

  • 3-4 years of solid experience in React /React Native Environment. 
  • Participate in daily standups, weekly demos, and sprint planning meetings. 
  • Participate in code reviews. 
  • Build features from scratch with minimum handholding which adheres to the industry standards. 
  • Should be able to write unit, snapshot, and integration tests. 
  • Ability to work with fast-paced agile development. 
  • Ability to get work done with minimal supervision and highest quality. 
  • Should have leadership qualities, can handle the project completely with given requirements. 
  • A knack for writing clean, readable code using DRY principles. 

  Technical Skills Required 

  • Very Good with React Native, React & JavaScript with Html and CSS 
  • Good with animations and building pixel-perfect UI from provided designs. 
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals including asynchronous programming, promises, and async-await. 
  • Hands-on experience with libraries such as Redux, Axios, Reanimated 2. 
  • Proficient in using Git as a control system. 
  • Translating UI designs and UX wireframes into high-quality codes 
  • Knows iOS and Android App store deployment procedures. 
  • Solid understanding of components and containers 
  • Should be able to build features from scratch with minimum handholding. 
  • Should have hands-on experience writing tests including unit, integration, and snapshot tests. 
  • Should have a figure it out attitude and be able to read technical documentation and build features/modules.
