Attributes of the person we are looking for:

• Expertise in both product and technical leadership - a hybrid CPO and VP engineering.
• Customer-oriented, and comfortable speaking to customers and understanding their needs 
• Hypothesis-driven, and take a scientific approach to product development
• Commercially minded, and likes working closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Comfortable working with and handling remote teams internationally

Responsibilities :

• Implementing best practices in product management, design, software engineering, and technical operations
• Ensuring the product is developed in a customer-centric way. Seeking early, systematic validation of all product development
• Ensuring that software development is efficient and results in high-quality output
• Delivering product and maintaining the existing technical estate
• Overseeing day-to-day product management and design activities, and software engineering operations.
• Ensuring that deployed systems are available and technical performance remains at acceptable levels.
