Your responsibilities

  • Build and fully own the high-growth marketing strategy, plan and budget in order to scale the business globally, while developing a clear brand differentiation in the market.
  • Deeply understand our customers, different segments, their needs and market specifics. Tailor our communication, optimize ROI, grow CLV, lower CPA.
  • Define the long-term vision for the Marketing department, set direction and processes, and define its strong place in the organization.
  • You will drive the marketing decisions based on KPIs & OKRs & Data.
  • Define goals, set targets, plan reporting and structure of marketing data. Understand profitability of different channels but donโ€™t overlook harder to measure channels and tactics.
  • Kickstart and align all Marketing functions, from product positioning to growing current and discovering new channels.
  • Hire talent, define the structure and responsibilities, and coach all Marketing team members to build a highly effective, focused, ambitious and driven team.
  • Perform customer and market research activities within the Marketing team and across departments to align everyone on core segments, markets and their needs.
  • Experiment and test new communication concepts, markets, and growth strategies to identify new opportunities and winning activities.
  • Collaborate with all departments, incl. Product, Sales, BizDev, Customers Success, Operations, Engineering, Finance.
