As an Apache APISIX Software Engineer, you have deep expertise in designing and engineering API Applications at scale using gRPC. You should be able to write Apache APISIX Applications for transformation, authentication, security, traffic management, monitoring, loggers, data ingress, and ingress controller.

What you will do?

- Design and engineer scalable API Architecture using Apache API SIX
- Work with the product team to integrate the product APIs into Apache API SIX based architecture
- Write well-documented code for transformation, authentication, security, traffic management, monitoring, loggers, data ingress, and ingress controller.
- Ensure the high availability, stability, and security of the system
- Ensure the quality of coding as well as high test coverage

What are we looking for?

- Familiar with Linux, have a strong passion for technology.​
- Proficient in Go language, with good programming habits in API SIX.
- Familiar with the use of middleware, such as Redis and ETCD.​
- Exposure to Test-driven development, have good documentation habits.​
- Good communication skills.​
- Experience in an open-source community is preferred; familiarity with chaos engineering.​
