Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential students
  • Developing customized and targeted business development strategies
  • Maintaining database (Zoho, CRM, Sheets, etc.) of existing and prospective student information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential students
  • Understanding student needs and offering solutions and support
  • Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, and invoicing

We are looking for a generalist with a strong sense of business understanding or the ability to learn things quickly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Chess
  • The ideal candidate should be interested in customer-facing roles with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English)
  • Graduation in any specialization, MBA candidates would be given the highest preference
  • High ownership levels and pro-activeness
  • Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment (Prior startup experience is a bonus)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
